Things to Do, and Things Not to Do

I've been dating for over 15 years now, and I've been on hundreds of dates. Dating can be incredibly fun, and if done right, you'll have some great results to show for your successes. This article is directed at men, giving them a few pointers as to what they can do with women to improve their chances of success on a date. It's all about how you approach things and what you do. First impressions are especially key, and we're going to discuss a few things you can do to give your date the best impression possible.

First of all, always pay for her on the first date. I don't care how much it costs, how many times she offers, or how many people have told you not to, but a girl is looking for you to take care of her on a date. She'll appreciate the thought, and your insistence to pay despite her offer to. Trust me, she's just testing you when she offers anyway.

I would also purposely not kiss the girl on the first date unless it seems blatantly obvious if you can (and I'd only do this if you've had a few drinks). Holding out on the girl will show her that you're a gentleman, and waiting for the right time before making your move.

The third thing I would do is to send a casual text the next day. Don't call her right away (this might overwhelm her) and don't tell her how much you miss her already. Play it cool, keep the lines open, and it'll ultimately lead to more.
