Device To Get Id Numberin Your Gadget

To locate the Device ID on an iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch or Blackberry Device:
1. Open Skyscape on your new device
2. Tap on Tools --> About

To locate the Device ID on an Android Device:
1. Open Skyscape on your new device
2. Tap on the Tools tab
3. Choose About

To locate the Device id on a Palm:
1. Open the product.
2. Go to the main index of the product.
4. Tap on the product title in the upper left of the screen.
5. Choose Register - the device ID is listed on this screen.

To locate the Device ID on a Pocket PC OS device:
1. Open the product.
2. Go to the main index of the product - Tap on the Yellow index icon.
3. Tap on Help.
4. Tap on Register - the Device ID is listed on this screen.

   If you weren't prompted to Unlock: If you are not prompted with the unlock screen, then your product was registered automatically during installation. Our installation process will register your serial number and Device ID online and get the unlock code for you, if you are connected to the internet while installing the product and there is no firewall present.

Registration if MAC or Windows PC with no Internet or Firewall present:

*MAC or No Internet or Firewall present: The device id is displayed on the unlock screen when you first open the product on your handheld if the product requires an unlock code.

*When you start the program on your handheld device, if a registration screen is displayed on your handheld device you will need to register your software online at http://www.skyscape.com/register
